WHAT WE DO
We help our clients grow their profitable revenues in three ways
- improving sales effectiveness
- developing market readiness
- growing the selling confidence of their people

Who we work with
We work with companies who sell high value, complex service offerings often involving selling teams and buying teams. Our clients include large multi-national organisations (KPMG, CSC, Motorola, Cap Gemini, Aker Kvaerner, NFU Mutual) and small specialist companes (Datamonitor, Oakleigh Consulting, Cognos, Input Output). We've also provided course for the Institute of Management Consultants and the Computer Suppliers Federation.

Who we are
We have all held positions as consulting partners, directors and senior managers with leading companies including Cap Gemini, BAH, KPMG, Deloitte, CGE&Y, MicroStrategy, Oracle and Baan. We have real experience in selling and sales management so we are in a position to walk the walk as well as talk the talk.

Our Sales Philosophy
We believe that creating clients is better than selling. Mutual value has to be created for both parties to want to work together again. It's worth crafting the solution to ensure there is 'Win Win'. We understand the difference between Order Taking and Demand Creation. As most sales are lost rather than won then we can help our clients to avoid falling in to well known pitfalls.

NFU Mutual
"B2B made sure they understood the organisation, the culture, the programme of change and the challenges that the consultants faced so that we could jointly produce the right programme. Absolutely delighted with the results!"

DETICA Peter Johnson
"Thanks for a great course I learnt a considerable amount about techniques, approaches, perception (and myself).
